NCAA is the best.  UNC has created fake classes to keep players eligible.  Bama has recruits posting pictures with wads of cash.  College athletes make up 4% of the college students but account for 20% of campus assaults.  Cam Newton's dad got a new church.

Bo didn't take a test...after already being a college coach for what, 15 years?

You know he was like "f#&% that test"

I have heard it is a pain in the a$$.  I have never seen it or tried to google it but I heard it is annoying.  

It is not like...

1. True or False:  If the only way you can get a player to your school is to pay them, and you coach at a blue blood, is that okay?
