Nice to see Spencer Long on first team. As for Blackshirts, I'm not sure who I'd put on first team. Baker is arguably our best player. But the guys ahead of him on the first / second All-B10 team are pretty damn good. The B10 is REAL deep at DT this year.

Other than Maher and perhaps Kenny Bell, how many players from this team do you think would have been good enough to start for the Huskers in 97, 99, 2000? That gives some perspective on how far we have to go. Hopefully we have some pleasant surprises in the secondary at least...

Bucky, I still don't get why you're so high on White. When Ball got hurt the first go-around against Michigan State your offense really suffered. When White is in, he looks pretty average to me. I understand the love for Ball as any team would be lucky to have him.
