I think most of us would be over the top happy with a 10-2 regular season. If you got to choose who those losses came against, who would they be and why?

I would choose Penn State and either Michigan, Maryland or Minnesota. I'm afraid losing to USC and then Penn State so close to the end of the year would tank rankings too low to make the playoff.

Penn State is the obvious choice because they are the best team we'll play.

I went with Michigan for the other one because I don't think we match up with them as well as we do USC. And I think we still have some things to figure out that won't be figured out by Saturday.

meh. I'm going to hope/expect a win until we actually lose, regardless of the odds. Have been that way through the dark ages and will continue throughout.

Trojans and N. Lions.
I we do only drop those 2 games, I wonder if we would still get in the playoff losing 2 of our last 4. That would also make for an interesting last game with Iowa with potentially a lot on the line going in 9-2. Fun to think about.

The problem with the Michigan game is the stupid betting line. It is basically even but if NU gets beat it will feel like a bad loss.

Like an Iowa game or MSU.

Think it'd really depend on how we lose.
