Pinstripe Bowl

6-7 is a losing season.  7-6 is a winning season.  I don't want to see stats all next year about how we haven't had a winning season since 2016.  Therefore, I care.

It's not a meaningless game.  It's a meaningless bowl.  We have to do goofy things with our sensibilities to care about it, like that about 6 and 6 vs 7and 6, or horrors 6 and 7.

Lemme outa here, I'm gonna go for a walk around the lake.  You can go jump in a lake (lmao).  😁

That’s a good point.  Get that monkey off the programs back would be nice
Yep, plus the college football season of games is short enough as it is.  It's been seven years since this opportunity has presented itself.  IMO most fans are thankful they get a chance to see this team play one more time with possible new wrinkles and some new players getting some run.  Additionally for me, I think it's exciting that Nebraska has never played Boston College before and gets the chance to compete against them.

Word is Neyor won't play in the game.  It's said that he hasn't been a part of practice since Iowa.

Everyone to Neyor after the Iowa drop:

Did they say why? Like is he done w football? Is he focusing a trying to prep for a Pro Day or something? (Not that I think he’s got g to the nfl)

I would think he is a player that needs another shot at some good film.

Because of injuries couldn’t he petition for another year?

He could get another year, but everything he has said from the beginning was this was it and he was going to try his shot in the NFL.  He's already 23 with a major knee injury that kept him out almost 2 years.  I don't think another year of film will do much for his NFL chances.  If he's smart he tries to portal somewhere to get another bag for one last year.

I will look forward to you not posting anything negative about a game that you don't care about.

Oh phbtthppp.. <----raspberry.   Honestly, do you really believe that all "negative" comments about this or that bowl game, or for that matter regular season games or conference championship games, are placed in threads because the poster "cares" about those games?

I look forward to Admins and/or Moderators in forums to grow a hide.  And perhaps to stop trolling for cute little fires and smilies and thanks emoticons to their posts lmao.

I hope BC is having some portal issues because it seems like we lost a lot of people that played significant minutes.  We are probably going to have to score in at least the 30s to win.

I didn't even want Rhule to be hired, but it's baffling some fans aren't even giving the man a chance to build his program.  I'd understand the hysteria if we were 4-8 with losses to Colorado and Wisconsin (AGAIN).  I'd understand it if this was the end of year three with the bowl drought (STILL) intact.  As it is, he Crybaby McWeepy act is just embarrassing.

I wish some fans would hit the transfer portal!
