Roy CO HSKR
Five-Star Recruit
Word out of camp is that Congdon and Dyches are neck and neck. This is odd I think given last years stats:

Our Field Goal kicking: The worst last year. To among the best for '05?
Last fall, our field goal kicking really stunk.
I. 2004: Big 12 Field Goal Kicking Percentages
1. Texas A&M........... 13/14 .929
2. Kansas State........ 13/15 .867
3. Colorado............ 23/29 .793
4. Baylor.............. 11/15 .733
5. Texas............... 12/17 .706
6. Oklahoma State...... 11/17 .647
7. Missouri............ 11/19 .579
8. Kansas.............. 12/21 .571
9. Oklahoma............ 9/17 .529
10 Iowa State.......... 11/21 .524
11 Texas Tech.......... 7/14 .500
12 Nebraska............ 6/12 .500 [ DeAngelis 4/9; Dyches 2/3]
.
Is the info out of camp meant to stir up competition, rather than provide us with the real skinny?
