POB...still in the QB room?

Sorry, been a few days...  When/why did rumorville get taken down?  If not, are those topics discussed somewhere else ?

The QB situation is going to suck a lot of the oxygen out of the room for the foreseeable future.  We could easily have a situation where Gebbia wins the job this year and then gets beat out by both Martinez and Vedral the following year.
I predict the starter for game 1 is not the starter for more than 1/2 of the season.

POB should talk to Matt Turman. Wasn't he 10th or 11th on the depth chart? Then transfers and injuries piled up and he is starting for the #1 team in the nation against a top 20 team on the road.

Honestly, Bunch is the Turman in the QB room, and POB is the current day Ben Rutz.

If POB has the ego that some have pointed out and he isn’t the starter then he probably didn’t take it well. Hope he gets over it and sticks around

A lot of us called this going on two years ago.

People also need to understand that it's possible POB never takes a snap at Nebraska and transfers. Gebbia comes in next year. What if he's already developed above POB? At that point O'Brien has two guys ahead of him, one a likely two-year starter, and another poised to take the reins when that guy leaves. Smartest move in that situation is to transfer and play elsewhere.

Not saying that's going to happen or that it's even likely, but it's a possibility. We've seen it with AJ Bush and Johnny Stanton in the very recent past.
