1. Boot Callahan and Pedersen now.

2. Bring in TO as the new AD and interim coach.

3. Bo Pelini as HC/DEF Coord

4. Not sure on Off Coord, Gill would be nice but I doubt he would give up his buffalo job.

All will depend on if SP stays or goes (really - we haven't even had a press conference announcement yet)

OC: Turner Gill (probably wouldn't leave HC position for OC, but this is a dream right?)

step 1- fire just about the whole staff along with SP

step 2- Hire Tom as the AD

step 3- Bring back the option

step 4- Hire Bo as the head coach

step 5- Hire Gill as OC

step 6- Hire Justin Wilcox away from Boise to be our DC(has had top 20 defense in his two years as Boise DC)

step 7- Hire Eric Crouch as our QB coach

step 8- Hire Mike Rozier to be our RB coach

step 9- Keep Ted Gilmore was WR coach

step 10- Hire Will Shields as O-line coach

step 11- Hire Grant Wistorm as D-line coach

step 12- Hire Trev Alberts of LB coach

step 13- Hire Mike Minter as DB coach

step 14- Dont know why but hire Johnny Rodgers as SP coach

step 15- Hire Zac Taylor as assistant coach/recruiting coach/motivation coach

HC - John Wooden, what did he win at UCLA, like 300 championships in a row?

OC - Lombardi: I want to go "old school" on the rest of the Big 12.

DC - Bum Phillips; I just like his name.

QB Coach - Joe Namath; he may drink, but the man has style.

WR Coach - Jerry Rice; talk about your overachievers

O-Line Coach - Bill Callahan; I think he should still have a job.

RB Coach - Emmitt Smith; didn't we recruit him?

D-Line Coach - Deacon Jones; no explaination necessary.

LB Coach - One Name: Butkus

DB Coach - Tatum: We still won't turn around for the ball but your receivers will be way to scared to catch it.
