Starter
Potato Dish:
Red Potatoes unpeeled and cubed
1 lb bacon-( cut into small bits and cooked)
Medium container sour cream
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 sticks butter
Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
Put potatoes in a 4-qt. pan and boil until fork tender.
Combine potatoes, bacon bits, butter, sour cream and 1 cup cheese, and fold together.
Add Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste.
Place into casserole dish and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
