You have to be able to run the ball when needed yes, but you must be able to throw also.  Iowa can do neither.

No one in local media has reported yet, but Pete Thamel reported that CJ Cavazos (Director of Football Ops) was let go.  Rumblings that Omar Hales (Director of Player Personnel) could be on the outs too.

We got about 50 people as part of the support staff, so probably not a big deal to see turnover each year.
