Prank sends parents into weed panic - Deadspin

Comedian Nathan Fielder came up with a wonderful idea yesterday. He instructed his Twitter followers to text "got 2 grams for $20" to their parents, immediately follow up with "Sorry ignore that txt. Not for you," and then tweet a screenshot of the ensuing conversation. The results were, as you might imagine, hilarious.

Mine was pretty underwhelming; my mom knows me too well, and jsut responded with "ha ha. not funny"

Not sure why she laughed but..

 
He did one where he had people ask their parents if dollar store condoms were as good as regulars. Those were pretty funny too.

 
My parents are cool enough to realize nobody deals weed in grams. Especially 2 grams.

They would probably just think I was a coke addict.

I don't think my parents would bat an eye if I sent that to them. Not because they think I do drugs, but because I'm always messing with them on stuff like that.

me: Got 2 grams for 40 bucks.

me: Sorry. that was not supposed to be sent to you. just ignore it.

mom: nice try bad guy. Your brother already tried that crap on me an hour ago.
