Prayer request.

OKC, I'm very sorry to hear that. I can't imagine how hard this is on you. I hope everything works out.

OKC......... My familie's thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, especially your wife..... God Bless, and remember to stay positive !!!!!!!

She had her echo cardiogram. Thank the lord there was no damage. They took her off of the meds to see how she would react.

Her heart rate started to raise again but slowly. They are keeping her under observation.

Thank you all for your best wishes and prayers. There was no permanent damage. (Thank you lord)

We still have absolutely no idea what triggered it or if or when it could happen again

The cardiologist did mention that it is important to find the source or a med solution because the next one ( IF)

it happens again could be much much worse outcome.

Right now I am very grateful that it looks like she is going to be ok. Just worried like hell that we cant find the source or it is a reoccurring thing.

Believe me when I tell you that she is one in a million to me.

You guys are great. Thank you again so much to my extended Husker family.

I will be watching this like a hawk.

I'm not religous, but I just want to let you know that she gets to feeling better...

I know how you feel, my girl is one in a million to me too.

That is good news, The next step will be to find out what caused that and keep her around for a very long time. You are a lucky guy to find that special one.

The thoughts and prayers will continue.

Glad the echo went well. I know what a relief that must have been. Hope they can find the cause pretty quickly. Tachycardia can sometimes just be some physiological reaction to stress. (Of course, nobody has any stress nowdays.....right!) My husband's cardiologist suggests it was something he was born with, but just took 50 years to show up. Anyway....you will still be in my prayers and please keep us all updated! Give your wife an extra hug and kiss, and I hope you tell her that she is "your one in a million".

Glad to hear of no damage. Hopefully they find out soon, what causes it. My bil had some heart troubles, doctors wanted to do open heart surgery and he went Mayo and they found the problem, treated him with drugs and he has not had to have open heart surgery. Last exam his heart was in great condition. Might be something to think about.

Great to hear!

Now let's find the source, fix it and/or medicate it and keep her with you for a very, very, very long time.

Whew that's a relief then. Hopefully they'll track the problem down and with today's medicine I'm sure they will. I couldn't imagine losing my wife as I'm sure you can't either.
