I think it will be a stretch to see him end up with a D1 school this year. Personally I think he will go to a juco school, then come back up in a couple of years.

 
This is a perfect example of catching the cancer before it has time to spread.

Also this is a classic case of the parent being as imature as the child...it's pretty obvious where he gets it from.

Exactly, I got an email that said his high school coach said he was going back to Nebraska until he found out what mom had said. Of course that also depended on what BC would have told him.

Hope he finds someone to play with, but if he doesn't. maybe mommie will play catch with him in the back yard.

 
Who would be able to face his team after that? He would be getting sh!t all the time from guys. I wouldn't want to go back after that.

Easily IMO. You go back, say you're sorry for letting down the team and explain to everyone his mom's comments in no way reflect his opinions and he doesn't agree with what his mom said. Saying and doing that to me would get him more respect from the rest of his team and maybe even the fans but he took the weak way out. :thumbs

i can almost assure you everything that came out of his mom's mouth, came out of Harrison's mouth 1st.....he wasn't going to change his mind, he was gone

I completely agree. He said it to her and family prior, and they started believing him and bingo, mom pops off. On the other hand, I suppose you can't blame a mom for backing her son, but she should have gone about if quite differently.
