As a Raiders fan, I couldn't stomach him being the coach, especially if his kids played with him. The circus surrounding the team would be unbearable.

Yeah, if the Raiders wanted to trade up to take Shedeur it would cost them a lot. Of course Deion could threaten teams to not take Shedeur, but that doesn’t work in the NFL without compensation of a trade.

I’ve always assumed that’s what he’d do, or 3 years max for Shilo.

Since the competition in the transfer portal has gotten so fierce, including Nebraska out recruiting him, I can where he can no longer take his pick of players. So continue success at Colorado will maybe be more difficult.
