Wrong. Tebow would have waited until at least 3 media outlets were watching before he would do something like this. Prince did it without anyone knowing who he was.

To be completely fair, he could easily get reimbursed for this if he wanted. Athletes get all transportation, food, and clothing costs paid for by the athletic department, not to mention the free housing, food, per diems, etc.

Obviously Prince didn't do it for those reasons, as he is an incredibly nice guy and generous person, but just sayin. :thumbs

I'm not sure it works quite like that, but in all honesty, it doesn't really matter. Prince is a good guy and was brought up well by his family. It also doesn't hurt that his family is pretty well off financially.

 
Great story. It is always nice to hear the good things that players do instead of always the negatives that you usually hear.

 
C-Bear has been around and hung out with Prince a few times in a group environment. This incident just confirms all the good things she has said about this young man.

Thanks for bringing this to light, now that it's published, we'll have an ncaa investigation on our hands for 4 years trying to figure out why star football player on scholarship had 60 bucks to spare for doin somethin good and generous. :blink:

 
I'm sure it was staged. That lady was planted there in order to get Prince some good publicity. The NFL scouts will love his character. :sarcasm
