QE is off today that pick is on him.

Throw was way behind. TM would be blamed for that pick had he thrown it.

Bad pass, but QE juggled it into the arms of the defender. The drop pass is on TA, but the pick is on QE.

No because if he doesn't the ball goes straight into the db's hands instead of bobbled. Don't put blind faith in one qb, then harp on the one who has given you 3 years of his life for your entertainment.
