Purdue game

LOL at all the people complaining about 11 am kickoff times. We all knew this coming into the Big Ten. I'm sure if somebody when to Tom and said" 11am kickoffs f#*k no let's stay in the Big 12" that Tom would have immediately said we are staying.

I am in the south endzone in section 33 row 4. Taking my son-in-law who lives in Washington and is a huge Oregon fan, so will be a blast. I wish it was a later start too since we have a 3 hour drive to W. Lafayette.

I'll have to do some early stretching and loosening up. Going downstairs to my Husker room that early in the day is a chore.

I love the 11am games at home, because I still can get home before midnight. But waking up at 3am to get to the game does suck. Drinking has always been out for when I have that drive ahead of me.

IMO, if Nebraska had handled its business against UCLA, we'd be looking at an afternoon game.

And we know if we handle our business from this Saturday on, we'll be seeing multiple afternoon and evening games--Michigan State, NW, PSU, and Michigan should all be afternoon or evening games if we handle our s**t.

If we step in it, though...just be thankful we're on at 11, and not Fox Sports PPV like it was in the Big XII-II

I read that there were 3,000 tickets on stubhub for this game...for as low as 2.74

PSU game for 18

MInny for 57

Michigan for 36

I don't get too concerned on what time we play. Just win football games and we will get the prime time slots. Can't blame anyone but us right now for 11 am kickoffs.
Just love the national coverage games, Nebraska plays so well in those. I would like to see the stat on Nebraska at 2:30 kickoffs. Bet the record is damn good.

I see a bunch for $2.50. There is even a set of 14 tickets available at $2.50 each, $35 total. I got a feeling the Purdue AD is putting these out so that the locals will come out of the woodwork and fight the travelling Sea of Red. Ticket price is minuscule to fans travelling great lengths, so they know that making the tickets almost free will mostly go to Purdue fans.

But really, $35 for 14 tickets?! I've never gotten one ticket for that price in Lincoln.
