Purdue Week Pressers

Did you really?

That town is like partially abandoned now!

Oh, did you know Micheal Jackson>??
Yeah they used to have like 5 HS now down to one I think.  They did build a casino a few years back.  I dont think Michael Jackson went to Hs and he's a few years older than me.  I grew up one town over but my dad took a coaching job so I went with

A) Dude was a headcase since he arrived.  He barely made it through spring ball.  It was only a matter of time imo.  It sucks since he was a good player, but making exceptions for certain players isn't how a culture is built.

2) There is no way the team is flying into Chicago (and then it would then be a 2.5-3.5 hour bus ride depending on traffic).  There is an airport in Layfayette that is owned by Purdue (who has a leading aviation program).

The story is that a Rivals writer saw MM boarding a flight to San Francisco at Epply while said writer was boarding a flight to Chicago.

That makes more sense.

Which, then begs the question....why would he be flying to San Fran?  I think he's from Maryland.

Fly into Chicago where the weather is nice or try to land in the rain and 25-35 mph winds?  No clue what they are actually doing but it would make sense to me to take the 2 hour bus ride and ensure a safe landing.

Planes land in rain/wind all the time safely.  The Indianapolis airport is open and running as normal, so I don't think an airport an hour northwest would have problems.

My dad had a former player die in their aviation program.  Would have been a year or two after the Brook Berringer crash.  He was a good guy.  Gary also has an international airport and it would be an 1:45 at most drive to PU
