Purdue Week Pressers

I don’t know about you, but I was disappointed by Stanle’s drop of the TD that would have iced it at the end of the Colorado game.
You are absolutely right but at least he made more plays than the other receivers. That tells you how disappointing they have been.

Also, all of this talk about Thursday's practice needing to be better than Monday's...it's kind of a nonsensical thing to latch onto. Maybe one day is better than the other or maybe not.

Just seems like a pretty pointless talking point by everyone involved.

I disagree.  Don't listen to the words, listen to the Message.

Analogy

If you know you get paid on Friday..... You work great on Monday, do very good on Tuesday, next it's hump day and you are a little tired so you take it a bit easy.  Then comes Thursday which means you are about to get paid if you just get through the day, ...... What does that tell you about the week?

The message means be consistently great M-F and the results of what you did will show when it means the most.

Thanks for always posting these.

I like what Frost said, mostly about Mo Washington.  Pretty awesome to hear, not just about ppl misinterpreting stuff and blowing things out of proportion (which he alluded to with awareness), but the message was informative in that - it's also not just a "you don't you don't practice, you don't play" kind of thing you hear from most coaches.  If he's not sick and can play and help, he'll be out there chuckleshuffle

Things are going to change. Thanks coach Frost, that's all I need to know.  Keep the passion and intensity dialed up.  You've given the players long enough to show who they are, do what you need to do  :thumbs

I wonder if Frost will do what Lovie Smith did last year at Illinois and start 80% underclassmen the rest of the year.  At this point there is not much reason to let the veterans play if they are the ones with the bad habits and mental lapses
