nobody knows for sure.  Few theories out there.  A: didn't want to stay and compete after the current starter announced he is coming back B: His NIL deal was changed C:  just had a change of heart and wanted to play for Nebraska.  D: combination of some of those things

Seems like in his heart he wanted to play for Nebraska. Frost royally f#&%ed it up and probably soured Dylan on Nebraska. He decided on Georgia as they were a national power and back to back national champions. Its hard to know if his NIL was changed but seems like Nebraska isn't paying him all that crazy if the 2.5 mil for 4 years is accurate.

I don't think our NIL offer changed, but sounds like maybe Georgia's did. Which may have been a tipping point when he kinda wanted to play for Nebraska all along.

Georgia is in a hotbed of talent, they are not big on NIL.

Just from some of the Georgia boards - so it could also be copium. I don't even know who has legitimate information on this board so I definitely don't on other ones, but it makes some sense. Beck is back and their fans really like that Puglisi committed early and didn't even consider jumping ship when Raiola committed. I don't think they completely pulled an NIL deal or anything, just wanted to bring it down a level. Allegedly.
