I read that as well. No clue where he got his info though.

Wherever that poster got his 'inside' information from is just wrong.

Not trying to start a board war, but a couple posters from there are moreorless talking out their rear claiming inside info.

Now will McElroy visit? It could likely happen from what he says. But it has yet to even be brought up by either side right now.

 
Nope. McElroy can contact the coaches and the coaches can call recruits back, but the coaches cannot initiate any contact.

my money is on a visit.......i think he is seriously considering us.....we will know alot more next week...i think he is disappointed in TT and something they may have told him.....which has turned out to not be true......

I read in the paper that he hasn't heard back from the coaches since the Alamo Bowl and him and his dad were kind of waiting to see where things went.

 
hmm......must not quite catch our coach's fancy afterall? i am a little surprised, but we don't have to take a qb this year......i just figured this kid might be worth a look? who knows...but TT sure likes him

Nope.

Norvell and McElroy had contact right after the Alamo Bowl and spoke about the game. Nothing else was talked about in the short convo.

 
Now he's also looking at Colorado. I hope this is one fish that doesn't come back to bite us for not reeling him in.

I don't understand. Does this mean that Nebraska is not interested in him? I thought that Norvell was on him. Is he off the radar? I was hopeful that we might land him.

 
It must have been a short conversation because NU almost immediately started to pursue Green in CA and McElroy removed NU from the list of schools he is interested in. This week he visits Alabama. Hopefully that's a good fit for him.
