Possible, but with signing day 2 weeks from now, I don't think ultimatums would be necessary.

They could say that but...are they going to put a spy on him? Say they tell him "you can't take a visit"

So...he still visits...if he loves it...he commits so who cares...if he doesn't he comes back and says "What, I never went there" or "Yeah, I was visiting my freaking brother/cousin who happened to play for the Huskers"
