Are all these QB offers any indication of where the staff feels like they are with Duggan? Or is he not as big of a priority for Frost as he was for Riley?

To me it seems like we're offering some talented who's on this 2019 class if Duggan doesn't pan out, one of these guys is a good backup plan or even more of a priority for all we know.
