Well LP didn't play his senior year. Considering he was out a lot his junior year, it's naive to think his senior year wouldn't have been better. Didn't Ahman leave after his junior year as well?

Yes. None of which my post would dispute.

Well, it does. A couple of the best RB's to ever play here never came back for their senior year. Neither one of them was washed up or even in jeapardy of losing their starting spot if they do. We really could have used Ahman back because his backups weren't very good.
