...or anyone else who would have tried to post what Pelini said if they did it on this forum?

No right or wrong answer, I'm just trying to get a feel for what our standard is in the Husker nation.

I know it would fly on Shaggybevo...

Not a mod but didn't Pelini basically just get angry for the initial reaction to the OSU game when you guys were losing in the first half? That's what it seems like pissed him off which I think is perfectly reasonable and a lot of people on here were saying it at the time.

You don't leave a huge conference game like that at Halftime or whatever because your team is down by 14. HB posters were saying that and coaches across the country constantly make this argument to their fanbases. The profanity is a whole different matter.

So, Nebraska fans can't burn their own seat that they bought, but it's okay for Bo to get paid a couple of million by those same fans and tell them to F off...

...okay, got it!

Thanks and that will be added into equation for formulating our new standard!

Just support the team once. I dare you.

Ok yes. If you have to poop you can leave your seat and buying a ticket is no obligation to stay the entire time, you're free to leave as it was your money and what not...but still I thought it was commonly accepted that good fans stick around to support their teams through thick and thin. 14 points at halftime is not that bad as the Huskers proved in the second half.

Its one thing if you're Tennessee and start boycotting games after losing seven in a season capped by a home loss to Wyoming. Then you're effectuating a coaching change. Leaving at halftime when you're only down by two scores to the biggest power in the conference is pretty weak. I don't care if you just got blown out the week before. Given Nebraska's reputation/history and understanding that it was the first season in a new conference good fans should have stayed the entire game. I think that's what irked Bo, at least in part, and he was right...his team proved that.

i cannot believe anyone would take this so personally. bo said something mean about husker fans and now we all have the right to feign indignation, pout, and feel sorry for ourselves.

Well, what else are we getting out of Bo for $2 million a year, besides feigned indignation, pouting, feeling sorry for ourselves, and a defense currently ranked in the top 100...

Bo's not "the team" for some of us...besides, haven't you heard, I'm an F'in bad guy...yep, since 2011...
Well, since you said it first, I'm going to have to agree with you on this; you are a f'ing bad guy.

Well then, I'm going to agree with what Pelini said about you as well. So put THAT in your pipe and smoke it, Mister, because we're two of a kind in Pelini's eyes!

We are all Fing Aholes but its not Bo's place to call us out. Thats why we have the media. The announcers on ABC/ESPN does a wonderful job of it. Quit taking all the jobs Bo!!!!

And I got slapped with calling someone a nasty name on here. So I would have to say yes, the Mods would give Bo a stern talkin to.
