This is really all he needs to do, and a lot of it will come naturally with his body maturing. He was listed at about 230 last year, and that looked pretty accurate. That's a perfect weight for someone his height. Body comp will take care of itself since he's going to be working on his strength and conditioning.
If we wanted a dual threat he would need to drop 10 to 15lbs. However, that might compromise his durability, and honestly our QB shouldn't be running it more than 5 or 6 times in a game max. Even less in conference play. There's a reason 2AM and Harby never made it through a full season as healthy starters.
Dylan is a pocket guy with good enough speed to keep defenses honest, and that can win championships.
