Why so you can GLOAT when we lose?It was ugly to say the least. Alot of fans are back thinking were good again for some reason and so happy about making a bowl with 6 whole wins. yippy skippy. I hope we play fsu.

Yeah, what was up with taking a knee at the 2 yard line when we had time to score another TD?Negative people can always find something negative in anything. Hell the 95 Nebraska team let the hated Gators Score in the Fiesta Bowl, what the hell was that about? :sarcasm
I hope we do too. Because unlike yourself, I BELIEVE in this team and think they could pull out a victory.I hope we play fsu.
Why exactly do you wish NU would play FSU?It was ugly to say the least. Alot of fans are back thinking were good again for some reason and so happy about making a bowl with 6 whole wins. yippy skippy. I hope we play fsu.
About the TE's, we really miss Matt Herian. I think Zac Taylor would be able to use him as somewhat of a security blanket. His hands are great. We could really use him on 3rd downs and in the red zone. Plus just the prescence of him on the field would draw some linebackers away from the middle and possibly open the run a little more.Basically "new" TE's.
WRs - Basically all new receivers. Leflore, if I remember correctly, is the only one with any experience from last year.
Some people never cease to amaze me as to how ungrateful they can be.It was ugly to say the least. Alot of fans are back thinking were good again for some reason and so happy about making a bowl with 6 whole wins. yippy skippy. I hope we play fsu.
Does anyone else think this is the saddest thing they've ever heard in reference to Husker football?6 wins is 6 wins
The announcement of Larry Phillips playing agasinst ISU was pretty sad.Does anyone else think this is the saddest thing they've ever heard in reference to Husker football?6 wins is 6 wins
We've always been known for our tough non-confernce schedules. Look at 02 if you want to see how scheduling helps. Utah St, Troy St, McNesse St. Man those are some top level teams. :wacko:2) Nice job, pud, for backing out of the Houston game, and getting a cupcake like Maine to sign on. Good thing NU had 7 home games…
Here's a fact for you. Dailey was 4th string behind Taylor, Ganz, and Davis. Beck is behind only Taylor. Dailey wouldn't have seen the field in that situation. Nice try with that though. Maybe just maybe those other guys passed Dailey because they were better then him. That's impossible though, I'm sure Callahan just wanted to run him out of town. dedhoarse4) Maybe if billy c didn’t run off his starting qb, he wouldn’t have had to burn Beck’s RS year, and pawn the future of the program for a win against the conference bottom feeder. Like Ganz or Davis couldn’t have gone 1-6 and thrown an INT. Sacrificing the kids and the programs future for his own personal gain. what a shame.
C'mon, you cant really believe that load of garbage, can you :WTHHere's a fact for you. Dailey was 4th string behind Taylor, Ganz, and Davis. Beck is behind only Taylor. He did a pretty good job of running quite a few of his players, most of them his BEST players out of town, so why would he care if his only experienced qb left??That's impossible though, I'm sure Callahan just wanted to run him out of town. dedhoarse
I keep hearing this about missing Herian, but prior to 04, Herian had a 23 yd average per reception for his 1st 2 years, and last years average was 12.8, I believe. Not exactly the "big threat" guy in billy c's offense.About the TE's, we really miss Matt Herian. I think Zac Taylor would be able to use him as somewhat of a security blanket. His hands are great. More WR's than LeFlore have had experience. Grant Mulkey, Terrence Nunn, and Isaiah Fluellen have all had experience. However, Fluellen has been plagued by injuries. He has great speed and I think we could use him on some deep routes as well as reverses.
