RB/DB Ronnell Grixby

Can any one tell me why we have extended and offer to Ronell Grixby? He spends half his time on the bench because of personal fouls and I have yet to see why we would want him! Hell he did not even make first team All-State!

WHY are we wasting an offer with him? :WTH

 
One, I don't think he will get many personal foul calls on him during a football game. Second, he may not be the cream of the crop of next years recruiting class but Nebraska needs to bring in the top state recruits and that is what he is, a top Nebraska recruit. He may not have been on the first team All-State but he probally has one thing that teams want, and that is potential.

 
If he has potential I should be on the PGA tour. The kid is bad news from what I have seen this year and I was at every game. His attitude sucks but that maybe what we want. He is a waste just my opinion!!!!!

 
we are stacked at rb.......we would be absolutely foolish to bring him in as a potential DB.......we surely should have learned our lesson concerning using short guys in coverage by now...if he did not make 1st team Nebraska high school, then i hardly see the point in offering him, as most kids with few stars from Texas and Callifornia will offer more talent than this guy.....i vote we pass on this kid......bad fit for us

 
Hard to believe Ronnell would even consider coming to a place that trashes his Brother like they do on this board.

I thought we have backed off a little to see how much of a team player he is. Rumor has it, at one of his basketball games he came down with a case of poor attitude. Like I said that is just a rumor.
