RB Giovanni Bernard

Scout is reporting that Gio is still interested in Nebraska and we are fighting to be one of his last two visits. I personally think this kid is a stud. I saw him playing on t.v. and he definitely looked like he has potential.

big get to bring him up here this weekend, I was thinking that it might be pushed off til the end of the season... but pull the trigger? I wouldn't count on it.

that being said. I would LOVE to eat some crow next week.

 
I'm stoked about our chances here. He'd be a great get

We need more quality guys at this position, you never know what can happen, rb went from a major strength this summer to a sore spot. Plus I think Okafor or maybe somebody else will probably bolt after this season.

I've looked at film of Bernard and Green, both highly regarded rbs. If we wind up losing one (assuming either want to commit) who would be the greater loss? Whose upside is better? Green (2011) has a higher rating by Rivals, but is that enough to really separated the two?

hope since he is the only official visitor he gets all the extra special attention.. maybe realllllyyyy draw out the tunnel walk... seems to impress everyone... our boy curtis called it one of the coolest things he has ever done in his life.........
