I just have a gut feeling it's going to be tough to hold onto this guy. The coaches are going to have recruiting him like he's uncommitted. I think he's going to get a lot of attention from southern schools.

I guess that explains why even though the coaches said that he was our only RB for this class, they continued to offer others.

Yes and no. We definitely need to have other options just in case but pretty much every other RB that we've offered is a smaller speed-type guy who we've told we're going to use in the slot.

 
I'm not too worried about it, until he actually starts taking visits it's all just playing the game.

 
Yeah it might be nothing - the guy that reported that quote is an ASU beat writer, so he might be putting a generous spin on it, or Kendall might have just pandered to his sentiments to make him happy.

Time will tell, and it's not like we have been anything but exceptional at runningback for... at least 5 straight years now.

 
ASU alrealdy has 1 RB commit and 3 from last year. We said he would be the only RB and we took 2 RB last year. I dont think we need to worry about ASU. Plus Dad seems to like us
