I don't know if ranking him as the 49th best RB is correct, but on 247 only the top 23 RB are 4 stars or higher.

Could be due to the level of competition faced, highest ranked opponent on their schedule is 45th in the state I believe.

He plays in 8A which is the biggest in Florida.  He faces good competition, just not the elite teams in the state.  

Gator fans are pissed that they havent offered yet and think even if they do, he will stay with us because of it.  They say he is one of the best backs in the state easily.

I'm sure what Frost did at UCF didn't go unnoticed in the state of FL so wanting to be a part of that should help hold off other schools.  He'll keep piling up the yards and more schools will be after him.  Hope he sticks because his size and speed are awesome.

The key is followup. Held, Frost and future teammates constantly talking to him helps seal the deal. Oh, and the TE coach plays a big role, too. The important thing is that he already thinks he is a part of the team.
