RB Situation

I think Lucky realized what he has to do to be a good back for the team. Wait for the holes to open, and then run through them. Went untouched for that td, which was sweet. Anybody notice the blocking by BJax. I remember two for sure where he stopped Zac from getting sacked.

 
How about those little dump passes to Lucky................man those were some 20 yard gainers easily!!!! I thought that was great sucking the LB's back with the other receivers to open that play up!!!! :clap

 
I am going to like that screen pass to Lucky throughout the season. Use him like Reggie Bush, and put him in the slot and let him burn an LB. He will be good for us. I also liked those tosses. They really set up the blocking well on those, and BJax scored on one of them.

Yeah you could tell who the coaches trust to pick up the blitz. Jackson didn't get very many carries, 3 I think? But he was in there on a lot of third downs, almost everytime we were in the shotgun

 
Three carries for 36 yards, most on the td run, but great job blocking. That won't show up on the stat sheet, but the staff knows BJax is important for the team.

 
Did anyone hear the FSN pregame? They said that Lucky has some of the worst hands on the field for us. What a tool. He is great, and I hope they use him like that more often. That screen where he gained 19 yards was awesome.

^^^Were there any sacks? I do remember him getting hit hard a couple of times, but a lot less than last season.

No sacks and when you throw the ball... 36 times I think? That is pretty good!

 
Did anyone else watching TV see coach and Kenny talking on the sidelines after one of his fumbles. It looked like he was selling himself for more PT and coach didn't seem to mind at all....

 
by they way...if still healthy, Lucky gets my vote!!!!

I think that they all still get playing time like today next game. Wilson has only been here for wat? A month? Give him some more time and he will be even better. All in All if are line can block we should have a great running game this year.
