Wow, for an opposing player to say something like that "was a highlight" for him after such a dramatic win - wow. Makes me feel even more proud, b/c clearly it was a very unique & surreal moment for him. Class DOES matter guys - and the Nebraska program is The Benchmark.

I think this article accurately captured the respect and tough play by both teams displayed on saturday. Texas is giving NU more respect than anyone in the media.

Makes me appreciate those fans that some call "blue hairs" that are out there. Because they've been a part of this great sportsmanship for so long, and they set the standard for the rest to follow.

 
OH yeah. And I'm glad our players are respected and show great sportsmanship too! None of the U-Dub thug crap, or Colorado bunk.

These quotes just explain what is like to be at Nebraska. The fans and players are great. This was a great read and makes me feel good to be a Husker fan.

 
I too got goosebumps reading that article!!! My hats off to the University of Texas, its players, and fans!!!! I was one of the 85,000+ chanting GO BIG RED at the end of the game and I was proud of our players, fans, and University!!! I hope we meet them again on Dec. 2nd for another great game!!!! :thumbs
