No offense... but why do you want Steve to get the starting spot back so bad? I mean I know he is a great talent, but isn't it possible that Bo Rudd is just better right now? If Steve was the better player he would be on the field. I think too many people want Steve on the field on hype and talent alone. There is more to defense then just raw ability... I want to see them both play, but I think we should be giving credit to Bo for earning the spot instead of saying how Steve should have it, when he has only play 1 quarter of D-1 football. Next year we'll be real nasty with both of them on the field and McKeon/Dillard filling up the middle.

I thought Coz orginally gave both Ruud and Octavian blackshirts. If Octavian earns his back all that means is we now have more competition and better play from our linebackers. That's no crack at Ruud. I just want the best possible play from both players.

 
I agree about it being a motivating tool. By all means we need this guy to step up and deliver.

nah Steve-O wont Beck-it he will be fine he is probably still getting back to full speed but Ruud is no slack either, he may not be as sexy but he does get the job done and that job is winning games.

 
Rudd has how many interceptions, yet people want Steve O to start because of his hype. To me Rudd seems to be the bigger playmaker on the field so far.

STEVE - O EATS BECKS FOR BREAKFAST! He is a beast, the thing is so is Ruud. The kid had his appendix removed it is normal to feel poopy for even up to a month.
