I'm just happy that Bo got away from the approach that Cally used.... 1st team offense vs 2nd team defense. The old way seem to emphasize how great the West Coast offense was rather than seeing an interesting mix of players. This new scheme should bring out the competitive nature of the players and let everyone have a chance to shine.

the way they picked the teams, was if Red picked the #1 RT, the #2 RT went to the White team and then they got the next pick.

If White picked #1 RB, #2 RB went to Red and Red go the next pick and so on
