It was tied for the worst called game with Purdue. I wonder what other game(s) we’ve had this crew for.

BIG refs are horrendous. The worst crew is working the Iowa game today.  They are the knuckle heads who worked the NU/ NW game. If we get them Friday, we’re screwed.

The call on Barry might be the single worst call I’ve seen all season. 

Agreed!   The missed late hit on Morgan on punt return.  The non pass interference when on the 2 on 3rd down late in the game.  The missed facemask on ozigbo, the hit on ozigbos back.  All that was terrible but fails in comparison to the flag in Barry.  WHY!!!!!!!?!?!?

That was terrible. That may have even been a penalty in the 70’s

Did they ever show a replay of Ozigbo’s run from the other side, where you could see him face on? The only view I saw was from the back, and while it looked like a facemask from that angle, you really couldn’t tell for certain what the defender had ahold of.

They actually got some facemask on Warner's fumble too. It happened after he coughed it up but it did happen. 

This wasn't quite as bad as the bull**** Purdue officiating but it was close. That they they hit Jackson with a ticky-tack PI call after ignoring Morgan getting mugged in the endzone was just ridiculous. Fortunately we got some breaks with MSU dropping a few, otherwise the refs could have cost us the game.
