"The best D in CFB history" that is currently under construction-"brick by brick"-@ NE only needs to go 75%-or less-and it also doesnt matter if the weekly foe gains a s#!tton of yds and pts and nvr has to punt.

Whether or not Moos is worth a damn, he has about the easiest path to success he could possibly have as an AD.  All he has to do is literally lure an alum away from a mid-major.
