Very nice. I like how high quality the whole thing is-- the detail, composition, etc. But one small thing that would just bug me is the backwards "10" on his shoulder.. Maybe blur/darken that out? (very small detail..

That is flat out amazing... the only thing I dont like is the backwards thing like the other person said. I think you could have leave is the same way and not reverse it, and maybe just lower its opticity a little?
or Better yet just put a different picture of him in the background. I have tons of hi-res pics of him if you need any.
