I just watched the part of the interview when he was asked about PSU. I would say his heart is with PSU, but his head is with the Huskers. If offered, it would be a hard choice for him.

I think Rhule brought up a very poignant point - these are the types of positions you want to be in as a college football fan when your head coach is being mentioned for openings at big name programs or your players are being contacted by other D1 schools to transfer. The inverse situation... not so much. I don't think that's just lip service.

One implies things are going well and the other does not. I remember when Bo's name was being floated around for openings (probably the last time a Nebraska HC was being seriously mentioned in those conversations) and although it made me nervous... it also made me feel good about the state of things.

I mean, compared to the last two coaches... yes. I think the groundwork is apparent.
