Decent article on Rhule and accountability. He says he's trying to change the culture of "ish" at NU.  Makes sense tbh.  Some of the players took to it, others not as much.  Also hits on Wager and some other items.

Whenever and whatever doesn't fit or function well in an engine or transmission. All the parts have to be in position and working well together having a collective purpose! 

Some might not appreciate Rhule's expectations and actions now but they will when the successes come.
