I heard that when the cop wanted to cuff him, Ricky ran and dove at him with his arms at his sides. He bounced off and the cop kept going.

Channel 3 news just said Ricky is suspended for the bowl game. That's number two which is two to many.

At .110 I'm surprised he had parked in traffic? From my experience people are usually more drunk than that when they park in the middle of the road while intoxicated. Pulled several people out of their cars while "parked" in the middle of the road. Stupid decision Ricky...........
