Rigoni, Kadavy and Eisenhart

I know this was in the Meda Day thread, but I think it deserves it's own thread.

Rigoni, Kadavy and Eisenhart received scholarships. 16 walk-on's have recieved scholarships since Callahan's era started 3 years ago. 12 from NE, 9 of which are from Class B schools or smaller.

Congrats!

 
Impossible! Callahan wiped out the walk-on program. I know it's true because it was posted on this site at least 30 gazillion times! :sarcasm

I thought Rigoni already had a schollie but I am really glad that he has one now. THey are all deserving of it but I am especially happy for Eisenhart since I am good friends with his cousin.

 
I also read that Tadd Peterson was given a scholarship. He was on an academic scholarship last year and was placed on football scholarship this year

what do both of these coaches have in common?

Both have beaten Michigan. In Devaney's case, it is what set his Nebraska career in motion. Lets hope it is the same for Bill Callahan and his staff.

edit: i should've said, what do these coaches have in common while coaching at NEBRASKA.
