This is almost like a louder version of when Doc Sadler was fired: everybody loved him, but he clearly wasn't getting it done.

You can tell by the players responses not only was this handled much better by the AD this time around, but by the coach as well. I suppose everyone kinda knew what was coming but still. This will be helpful when the next guy comes in. The players will be more receptive to change.

Sounds like Bray is just being kept around as a point of contact for recruits.
