I met a guy last week from Sao Palo Brazil. I brought up the Olympics and he is just disgusted with how this is making his country look to the world.

It's sad. Brazil is a beautiful country with great people. The organization around this is just a disaster.

 
Man, this is gonna be a sh#tstorm of epic proportion. I'm just praying nothing terrible happens down there.

I can appreciate the Olympic committee tries to spread the games around to the less well to do countries(politically troubled as well). But it's nothing but a disaster. The russian winter Olympic was the worst winter Olympic I have watched. Little snow, tropical freaking plants near venues, cross country skiing in t-shirts, low attendance, never mind the state sponsored doping. Now Rio is looking like a disaster film, from killer bugs to bacteria, political instability to disasters of biblical proportions. waiting for the locust, there just has has to be locust for this finale. Anyway, bring the damn things somewhere financially and politically stable.

Volleyball players Kelsey Robinson (left) and Jordan Larson (right) are on either side. Not sure about the lady in the middle. Kayla Banwarth is also on the volleyball team but I don't think that's her.
