This is why you don't riot and damage property in the information age. Cameras everywhere are capturing your image. Gonna be really hard for these guys to get off with photo evidence...

They did the same type of thing for the riots in Vancouver and a bunch of people got arrested. I think the photo quality was better in Vancouver though. I think it'd be hard for law enforcement and a prosecutor to positively identify some of these guys in the grainy photos. I'm sure that some of these dumb kids probably have a bunch of pictures that they took that night posted on their Facebook now and that they have higher resolution pictures than this. It'll probably just be a matter of time before more of these dudes get ticketed and await their day in court.

This reminds me of the idiots who video tape their friends beating the crap out of some kid and posting it on youtube...

 
The guy with the bandana/handkerchief over his face was smart. No way they will be able to identify him based off the pictures.

 
Don't forget the LA riots after the Rodney King verdict. Other looters were getting mad because other ethnic groups were better looters and didn't talk on camera...Smart people.

I wasn't around when this broke last week. And I guess I don't know the HB ground rules for comments on this Penn State scandal. Are we not supposed to criticize Penn State over this? Is this still sensitive now that the PSU game is history?
