RIP Hulk Hogan 7/24/25

Hulk Hogan passed on 7/24 I know there has been a lot of discussion of his character, but I still want to focus on the good. Feeling old when I think of becoming a pro wrestling fan in 1984 at th age of 13, and I'm 54 now. The first time I saw Hulk Hogan on a WWF TV show, I remember thinking "oh, the Rocky 3 guy?"
Saw him at live events as both a face and a heel. He may have not been the best wrestler as far as moves go, but he pulled you into the match with his over the top expressions and emotions. Never thought he would have passed at the age of 71. I saw a comment on Facebook that said it best. What stinks about getting older is our heroes get older too.

Guy was a marketing genius.

With the exception of passing on the "Hulk Hogan Grill" that then went to George Foreman, Hulk seemed to know what to do when it came to marketing.
