Rivals/Scout Questions

Hey all-

I was wondering if anyone knew when rivals or scout would release stars for 2011 recruits.

Along with that I was curious if team ranking begin as soon as teams start picking up recruits.

Scout has an early evaluation out as of now. I see rivals as the superior site to scout. I believe the rivals rankings will be out in May? Maybe June?

Yeah sorry don't know either. I'm pretty sure that scout comes out before rivals though.
