Prediction: this goes to the SC and abortion is no longer state choice and becomes illegal nationally, or at least closer to it. It would make it so no one in a state where abortion is illegal can travel to get one. 

I believe the case in question stems from the doctor giving a prescription online from NY to a mom in LA who then gave it to her underage daughter.  Forcefully from the mom to the child according to the prosecutor, but really knows what that means.
