Prince: We're running, boys

The latest story of Ron Prince brings to mind that scene in the movie "Miracle," where Herb Brooks (played by Kurt Russell) is ticked after a tie against Norway and has the U.S. hockey team skate line sprints until they shut off the arena lights.

"Again ..... again ..... again ....."

Well, down at Kansas State, the Wildcats apparently got some extra running in at about 3 a.m. after returning home from a 38-29 loss to Louisville.

Topeka Capital-Journal beat writer Austin Meek broke it down in his PowerChat blog.

Wrote Meek: "The Wildcats did indeed get some extra conditioning work (38 50-yard sprints, one for each point surrendered) in the wee hours of the morning after returning from Louisville. They also quite clearly were instructed not to talk about it.

Asked about the late-night jog, Antwon Moore answered with a wry smile: 'That was on the schedule.'"

Hey, it worked for Herb Brooks.

 
I am sure that Prince has the full support of his players :sarcasm , especially after this event and the events that aledgely happened last year.

 
This guy is probably the biggest joke of a coach I've seen in a long time. He's a waste of space......................I hope they keep him there. :clap

 
Don't worry this little conditioning stunt, has certified Prince as a canidate for the Biggest Douche in College Football Award. He was already being considered but this pushed him in the pool of nominees for sure. Will Prince make it a 2 week sweep for the Wildcats?
