You'd think after his 5th tackle, unblocked, a coach, ANY coach would have assigned someone to block him. Like once.

That isn't nearly good enough. A Mike backer from FCS Fordham should never be unblocked. It's either poor scheme, poor coaching, or both.

I don’t think you are giving FCS football enough credit. You do realize that a FCS QB went 3rd in this year’s draft right? There are tons of FCS players who play in the NFL, in fact 110 FCS players made 53 man NFL rosters this past week after final cut downs; several more will end up on rosters with different teams.

 
Regardless of score, scheme, when/where he tackled our guys, as JoJo said-Repsect.  That's balling out. And not quitting.

 
Imagine if he wasn’t on that team, he probably was good for saving 1-2 scores alone. If I were his coach thats who I make sure gets the care he needs to be ready each week, no questions asked

 
The guy was INCREDIBLE. Played relentlessly and no quit in him at all.
