S Willie Sykes [Arkansas - Signed LOI]

It would be hard to come on an official visit with a bunch of guys who are #1 options on our boards as a plan B guy knowing your offer is contingent on another guy. Especially because if he falls in love with everything, there's nothing he can do about it just yet.

I hope Sykes makes the right decision for him and everything works out.

 
I think he wants to come here but we told him McGruder is our first choice. Haven't heard anything about McGruder, though. Wonder if they gave him a deadline of today and we'll take Sykes if we don't hear anything.

From the sounds of it, we're really after him now. Assuming McGruder hasn't worked out.

Warren and Banker to visit tomorrow. I bet he flips then.

FWIW, WashSt already has one Safety enrolled, one committed, and just picked up their fourth CB commit (counting Sykes).
